1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of bearrivercattle.com and any purchases made through our store. By visiting or purchasing from our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Estimated production time is 3–7 business days, with shipping time additional. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Bear River Cattle Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Prohibited Use You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to infringe on intellectual property, or to engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability Bear River Cattle Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
